My Workout Essentials: The Lebert Equalizers

These are not the most essentials of my training gear but as I used them today for my workout, I'm gonna quickly introduce you to this wonderful invention that is the

Lebert Equalizers!

Do I have to precise which color I own?

So they look like this, basically it's a kind of dip station but it takes less room when you don't use them so it's perfect for girl with a tiny home like me! They are super versatile and easy to use and work the core like wonder!

Here you can watch the promotional from the brand (kind of dramatic presentation)
Jennifer DiDonato from Made Fit TV has a useful video with a lot of exercises you can perform with the Equalizers get it here
I'm a huge fan of these kind of exercises and I think I've tried every possible variations
And bodyrock.tv are keen users of these.

More about the product can be found on the official page here but here's what you need to know about them: they are 28-1/2 inches (72,4 cm) high by 25 inches (63,25 cm) wide and it has been tested to support up to 400 pounds of body weight. To me their only flaw is that they're not high enough and you have to bend your knees to keep your feet off the ground so if you're pretty tall, they may not be the best choice.

But I really recommend getting or at least using that type of equipment because they really work the core and all the small muscles (you didn't even know existed) of your spine.
