After my week-end I'm utterly exhausted! Today's workout was a chore and I felt so sluggish and slow and I didn't push myself hard but it's perfectly okay because I'm recovering from my white night!

Still exhausted (gosh I'm not twenty anymore!) I filmed a video and I really liked doing it! I wish my living room was bigger so I could have better shots…And I received an amazing gift from the most amazing girl in the world. Thank you Sam, for the Lokai bracelet!

It's too hot and it's just impossible to do anything constructive… Anyway I went to work and do some shopping (though I didn't buy anything except a backpack for our future adventures in Zermatt!)

LifeIt's definitively too hot. Can't live or do anything constructive except scrolling through Instagram pages (discovered two amazing ladies @healthy.fit.proud and @leilulemon)

I had to go out in the heat to visit an archaeological site where friends are working and guess what? It was hot! I filmed some videos in the morning and they're still waiting to be edited… I kind of fear the final result though…Anyway I wasn't able to finish my stretching because of the heat and I just collapsed on the ground in a puddle of sweat. Really, the only way to survive this weather is just to lay as motionless as possible.

Kind of a grain-less day with omelette, chicken, mushrooms and salad but I craved eggs… And the usual (it's so boring!)
Life
So Mum and I went for a power walk right after the breakfast before the heat strike. I've realised that the reason I have put on fat is that we weren't walking anymore and I missed some low cardio training… So we braved the sun and went out. I didn't cool down until my shower after my stretching but thankfully I was able to stretch…
Sunday

Rest day. I did yoga for the first time since the past four weeks. It was freaking good.
Food
Usual (gosh so boring) and oven baked falafels with salad and garlic yoghurt sauce (and some dry meat to bring some more animal proteins and healthy fats)
Life
Did absolutely nothing except scrolling through Amazon in search of books. I can't help I'm addicted to books. And I yearn to learn more and more…
Bring on Monday I'm more ready than ever (or maybe not given that tomorrow I have my job interview…)
